AMDFollow the Intel Notebook Thin and Light Design

Diajang CES 2012 last week showcased a lot of notebooks with slim, lightweight design of the various manufacturers. The entire notebook is none other than a specification based on Intel Ultrabook.
Quoted from Digitimes , on Wednesday (01.17.12), AMD also intends to launch a similar product, is rumored it will release a competitor Ultrabook in June 2012.

The report says that AMD will offer a platform called Ultrathin Trinity and its products. The difference with Intel, AMD is more focused to produce a notebook with a thin and lightweight design with a price range of 10-20 percent lower than Intel Ultrabook.
AMD also expects the company well-known PC makers like HP, Acer and Asus will participate in this project Ultrathin notebook.
However, AMD seems to lose quickly in this market, because the predicted 75 types Ultrabook will come to market in 2012 compared to AMD who only had 20 notebooks only.
If this did occur then the market thin and lightweight notebooks will be increasingly diverse, notebook makers also think that with the launch of AMD Ultrathin it will be able to cut costs is greater when compared with Intel Ultrabook.
